Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Software Testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through thorough testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and provide feedback on functionality.
Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains unaffected by new code changes.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, providing testing input during the design and development phases.
Report testing progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the testing process.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
Proficiency in writing test cases and executing manual and automated tests.
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
