Why are we hiring a Software Tester?

As we continue to grow, we need a Software Tester to help support us. The Test Engineer will focus on developing and implementing effective testing strategies. Y ou will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our products.

What are you responsible for?

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on product development.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress or similar).
• Self-manage workload, ensuring the scrum team is kept informed on progress or blockers.
• Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.
  

Skills, Knowledge, Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with non-functional testing e.g. performance and security is a plus.
• Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role
• Preferably ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent.
