Job Description

We are looking for a Software tester professional to ensure high-quality, compliant, and seamless customer onboarding for CASA (Current & Savings Account) journeys across digital platforms.

Software Tester- Banking Domain

Experience :- 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and ensure test coverage for the full onboarding workflow.
Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for registration, KYC, account setup, and funding.
Perform manual and automated testing; log and track defects in JIRA.
Conduct functional and regression testing for savings/current account features.
Validate backend data using SQL to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and banking regulations.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to resolve issues.
Document test results and share progress updates with stakeholders.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end users.
