Job Description – Software Tester Engineer Intern (Walking Drive)

Role: Software Tester Engineer Intern
Type: Internship (Full-time / Paid / Stipend-based depending on performance)
Batch: 2024 & 2025 Passouts

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Ensure product quality by performing functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Provide feedback on usability, stability, and overall user experience.

Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA / BCA (2024 & 2025 Passouts).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Basic knowledge of manual testing, test case writing, bug reporting.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
