Youll make an impact by
Test Strategy & Architecture Define and evolve the overall test strategy, architecture, and roadmap for complex software systems. Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and tools across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs, cloud). Establish best practices for test design, automation, performance testing, and non-functional testing. Identify and implement tools for CI/CD pipeline integration with testing. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to integrate quality across the SDLC. Mentor and guide test engineers and software developers in test automation and best practices. Lead technical reviews of test automation code and architecture. Quality Governance Drive quality metrics and KPIs, and ensure quality gates are met across projects. Implement strategies for early defect detection and prevention. Influence the culture of quality within the engineering organization. Continuous Improvement Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in test automation, AI-based testing, and QA tooling. Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives and lead the adoption of new tools and techniques. Continuously improve the test process and efficiency of QA practices.
