Job Description – Software Trainer (Java, Python, Web Development, AI & Data Science)

We specialize in the latest IT courses including Java, Python, Full Stack Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Data Science. We are hiring dynamic trainers who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students in their career journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training in one or more of the following domains:

• Java Programming
• Python Programming
• Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning
• Data Science & Analytics
• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and real-time projects for students.
• Deliver sessions with hands-on training and practical implementation.
• Monitor student performance, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in project development and interview preparation.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into training.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in Java, Python, Web Development, AI, or Data Science (any specialization or multiple).
• Minimum 1 year of training/teaching experience OR equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for teaching are welcome.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Every Sunday
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Higher salary based on experience & expertise).
