About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, helping them troubleshoot software issues and ensuring a seamless product experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with users, and growing your technical expertise, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Interaction

  • Engage with customers/end-users via email, calls, or remote sessions
  • Understand and respond to software-related queries and product usage issues

Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting

  • Identify root causes of customer-reported software issues
  • Provide clear step-by-step guidance and solutions
  • Assist with configuration, user errors, or software-related bugs

Documentation & Reporting

  • Log all support interactions, steps taken, and solutions provided
  • Prepare detailed bug reports and collaborate with engineering teams

Knowledge Base & Training

  • Maintain and update FAQs, troubleshooting articles, and user guides
  • Help improve user self-service resources

Software Assistance

  • Guide users through software updates, patches, and feature releases
  • Ensure customers are aware of new features and best practices

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
