Software Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to clients on product functionality, features, and usage.
• Handle inquiries through email, tickets, and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams where needed.
• Assist with data migrations, system reconfiguration, and live phone training sessions.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and onboarding teams to deliver seamless support.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and continuously update on SaaS platform improvements.

What We Expect You To Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Mandatory: Experience in a SaaS environment and familiarity with a helpdesk ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with cost-effective problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel fundamentals (preferred).
• Accounting & Audit knowledge is an added advantage.
• High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to self-manage tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
