Title: Software Support Executive
Location: Vadodara

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level software support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot product issues and deliver quick, effective solutions.
• Perform data migrations and offer live product training when needed.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to improve the client experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant tech support experience.
• Prior work in SaaS environments and knowledge of helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Extra points for MS Excel and accounting/audit exposure.
