We are looking for a Software Support Executive is an ongoing service that ensures the maintenance of a custom software solution. This service includes fixing bugs, resolving queries, developing new features and code updates.

Responsibilities

■ Should perform online & offline demos for clients.
■ Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through incoming & outgoing calls.■ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.■ Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.■ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.■ Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.■ Prepare accurate and timely reports.■ Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

Requirement
■ Should have knowledge in the software industry & online Client support■ High customer and service orientation■ Proven working experience in enterprise technical support,■ At best, practical help desk or customer support experience

Skill :

■ Strong problem-solving skills.
■ Excellent client-facing skills.■ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
