Software Support Analyst

As a Software Support Analyst based in Gurgaon, India, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to clients in the US. Your technical skills in SQL and Excel will play a crucial role in resolving client issues and preparing reports efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing customer support through phone, email, and web submissions - Entering, updating, and closing cases in the system - Diagnosing and gathering data on customer issues - Monitoring and ensuring resolution deadlines are met - Maintaining a solutions database and generating monthly reports - Monitoring data uploads, ensuring timely submissions, and preparing client reports - Utilizing SQL for running queries and Excel for VLookup and formulas Qualifications required for this role: - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Experience in working with North American clients - Background in application and software support - Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Ability to learn new software and multitask effectively - Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain execution knowledge is a plus - Previous experience in software support would be beneficial The company, located in Gurgaon, requires you to work US hours.
