Desirable Qualifications

Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman Framework) or Cloud Architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

Essential Experience:

Minimum
10 years of experience
in software design, architecture, and development.
Proven track record in designing scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions.
Experience in microservices architecture, cloud computing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and enterprise application development.
Strong background in system integration, API design, and security best practices.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, React, and Next.js.

Desirable Experience

Experience in architecting solutions for large-scale IT/ITES organizations or digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of CMMI Level 3+ processes, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies.
Familiarity with big data analytics, AI/ML integration.
Experience in developing highly available and distributed systems.

Required Skills:

Expertise in software architecture, system design, and enterprise integration patterns.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge of database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), data modeling, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps, solution frameworks, and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and implement end-to-end software architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices, security, and compliance standards.
Develop high-level architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and POCs.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to CMMI Level 3+ development processes.
