Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a QA Engineer at LedgerLine Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our blockchain-based applications. Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts both manually and through automation tools. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing on web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will be vital in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through resolution, using tools like Jira. Additionally, you will be involved in API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger, ensuring compliance with security standards, especially in crypto-related workflows. Participation in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual + automated). - Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing on web and mobile platforms. - Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage. - Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like Jira or similar. - Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger. - Ensure compliance with security standards, especially in crypto-related workflows. - Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 13 years of hands-on QA experience in web or mobile application testing. - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. - Good knowledge of API testing and familiarity with automation tools. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
