Software QA (Quality Assurance)

As a Software QA executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in collaborating with the development and product teams. Key Responsibilities: - Execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyze the results effectively - Identify, document, and report bugs and errors to the development teams promptly - Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely feedback - Perform regression and functional testing of software applications - Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to enhance software quality - Ensure that all testing activities align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes Must-Have Qualifications: - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes - Effective communication skills for seamless coordination with developers and product teams - Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts - Ability to clearly document bugs and test results Good to Have: - Exposure to automation tools (optional) - Knowledge of basic SQL or API testing In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, you will be joining a team that values full-time, permanent employees and prioritizes in-person work collaboration.,
