Software QA Engineer

You will be joining an established player in the B2B Pharma raw material space that has recently launched an exciting new E-commerce platform, CLYZO. As one of the leading distributors in India, especially for Excipients, we have gained the trust of reputed Pharma companies over the last 14 years. With around 200 Pharma grade products in ready inventory for JIT supply, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software QA engineer to become a part of our dynamic technology team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project managers and development teams to create comprehensive test plans, developing detailed test cases and scenarios, executing test cases manually, and accurately documenting test results. It will be essential for you to track and report defects using appropriate defect tracking tools, perform regression testing, and contribute to enhancing the quality assurance process by suggesting improvements to testing methodologies. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manual software testing. Proficiency in manual testing techniques, familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Excel, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential for effective collaboration with developers, business analysts, and team members throughout the testing process. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Automation Testing, with overall IT experience of 4+ years. Proficiency in Automation skills such as Java + Selenium (TestNG or BDD Cucumber framework), basic knowledge of Salesforce, SEO, and databases including the ability to write SQL queries will be advantageous.
