Job Summary:
We (RMES) are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Software Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in leading and managing software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in C#, .NET, Angular, and web application development, coupled with hands-on experience in configuration and release management. The role requires excellent customer interaction skills and deep understanding of software best practices and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring alignment with different departments, business goals and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications, project updates, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to best practices and documentation requirements related to project execution and delivery.
Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement measures.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in software project management.
Proven expertise in C#, .NET Framework/Core, Angular (or React or other frontend frameworks), and Database (preferred PostgreSQL).
Hands-on experience in web application development and architecture.
Strong understanding and experience in configuration management and release management practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead customer-facing engagements.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
