Job Description

Job Role:

Software Licensing Principal Consultant Experience in Implementation and Configuration of Flexera or Snow

Shift Timings:12PM -9PM IST(EMEA SHIFT)

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years total IT experience, with at least
34 years hands-on in Flexera and/or Snow software implementation and configuration.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience implementing and configuring Flexera and Snow SAM tools (at least one in depth, the other with some exposure).
Strong technical background with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud environments.
Solid SQL and PowerShell skills for backend and automation tasks.
Experience working with desktop, server, and cloud environments.
Excellent English communication skills for client-facing delivery and collaboration.

Good to Have:

ServiceNow SAM Pro experience.
Relevant certifications or completed training in Flexera/Snow (not mandatory).

Role Type:

Individual contributor, but should be able to lead project workstreams and collaborate with global delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver SAM projects for clients, ensuring technical excellence and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions (EMEA, GDN, etc.).
Support and mentor junior team members as needed.
Ensure high-quality technical documentation and client communication.

Interview Process:

Multi-stage, including technical vetting by current consultants and management.

Shift:

Europe time zone working hours. ie. 12PM IST onwards.
