Software Engr II (Java Fullstack - React JS)

You will be responsible for hands-on design, analysis, development, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications. You must support healthy software development practices, adhere to the chosen software development methodology, and create standards for code reviews and work packaging. Additionally, you will create and maintain monitoring technologies and processes to enhance visibility into application performance and business metrics. Your role will also involve developing, communicating, collaborating, and monitoring standard processes to ensure the long-term health and sustainability of operational development tasks. Participation in technical training events, game day scenarios, and professional conferences will be expected. You should also evaluate software or configuration issues across various system areas and resolve them promptly. To qualify for this position, you must possess several years of experience in software product development and designing large enterprise applications. Specifically, you should have 4+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring boot with Design Pattern Experience. Proficiency in Micro Service frameworks, Kubernetes, and Docker containers is essential. Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and unit test frameworks like Junit and Test Driven Development (TDD) is required. Moreover, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in developing cloud applications, preferably on Azure or AWS. Familiarity with agile software development practices is a must. A strong understanding of design and integration patterns, especially in applications involving Portals/SSO, legacy applications, B2B Applications, and external partners using ESB, is also necessary. Experience with real-time device interaction using industry-standard protocols such as ModBus, MQTT, OPC, etc., is highly desirable. In addition to the mandatory requirements, exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps knowledge, and experience in On-prem to Cloud communication and migration are considered good to have.
