Role Overview: As a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer with 3+ years of experience, you will be joining our backend development team. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining complex web applications using Ruby on Rails, writing high-quality and efficient code, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, troubleshooting and debugging applications for optimal performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the security and scalability of web applications.
