Software Engineer - Networks & Schemes - Authentic

Role Overview: NCR Atleos is looking for a passionate Software Engineer - Networks & Schemes - Authentic who is dedicated to expanding financial access by optimizing branches, improving operational efficiency, and maximizing self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers globally. As a member of the NCR Atleos team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-quality large-scale applications that meet the demands of availability, reliability, security, and performance to enhance consumer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality large-scale applications to meet increasing demands of availability, reliability, security, and performance - Implement business functionality and optional/regional features using the Authentic Product extension points - Collaborate with technical architects to understand functional and non-functional requirements for feature set implementation - Represent stakeholders during Product Increment planning to assist in translating requirements into user features and stories - Work with Professional Services and end customers as interface releases progress through UAT to Production - Define test cases, execute and evolve automated regression tests based on feedback from Professional Services and end customers - Resolve defects detected during UAT within tight timescales and deliver in an accelerated environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering preferred - Good understanding of ISO8583 message format, types, and scheme implementations - Experience in implementing and delivering scheme mandate updates - Knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools - Outstanding communication skills - Ability to understand and abstract complex systems from technical descriptions - Experience working on large products for external enterprise customers Additional Company Details: NCR Atleos, a global technology company, is dedicated to creating exceptional self-service banking experiences.
