We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can also collaborate effectively within a team. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS in Computer Science. The location for this role is Baner, Pune. Your responsibilities will include writing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting code. You will be expected to write clean, high-performance, and scalable code across various frameworks and languages, contributing to full stack development. Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical contexts, are essential. Additionally, you will play a role in shaping team strategy, roadmap, tooling, processes, and culture, while maintaining high engineering standards and enhancing our codebase and workflows. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Java/Spring Boot or Spring MVC framework, possess a passion for writing extensible, performant, and readable code, and have experience with Relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL. You should also be adept at object-oriented design, coding, design patterns, and programming languages, with a willingness to learn new languages as needed. Strong communication, comprehension, time management, ownership, and interpersonal skills are valuable assets, along with a proactive attitude and experience in agile practices.
