• Basic understanding of

  programming fundamentals

  and ability to learn new frameworks quickly
• Experience with

  Flutter

  (mobile/web) or

  Next.js / React.js

  (web) is

  a plus

  , but

  not mandatory

• Familiarity with Git/version control

• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to take initiative

• Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced team environment

• Month 1:

  Assessment Period
• Evaluate technical skills, discipline, and ability to learn

• Stipend applicable only if retained after this assessment

• Month 3 & 6:

  Performance reviews to decide continuation or possible full-time conversion

• After 6 Months:

  Internship may convert to a

  permanent role

  based on performance and company requirements

• Onsite only

  – Kerala Startup Mission, Kochi
• Work closely with the core product and engineering team
• Get exposure to real-world product development, debugging, and deployment workflows

• ₹0 – ₹20,000 / month (based on prior project experience and skill level)
• Paid after successful completion of assessment milestones
