Software Engineer

Role Overview:

Poso is building the operating system for modern real estate, and we’re looking for a founding engineer who wants to own parts of the product from day one. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, cares about shipping fast, and wants to architect a platform that becomes foundational for an entire industry.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and ship core product modules across data, workflows, underwriting, and transaction systems.
• Work directly with founder to translate requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
• Own end-to-end features: backend, APIs, frontend, deployment, monitoring.
• Set up engineering standards, code quality norms, CI/CD, and infra.
• Build scalable data models and workflows that support future fintech layers.
• Collaborate on user experience, prototypes, and rapid iterations based on customer feedback.
• Diagnose, debug, and improve performance across the stack.
• Participate in hiring and shape the engineering culture from the ground up.

What makes you a great fit

• Strong experience with modern web stacks (React/Next, Node/Go/Python, Postgres, etc.).
• Ability to design clean architecture and scale systems thoughtfully.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid prototyping.
• You care deeply about product quality and user experience.
• You can ship independently and make sound technical decisions without overthinking.
• Prior startup experience is a plus, but execution speed matters more.

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate, workflows, fintech, or data-heavy products.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infra, and security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,793.99 - ₹54,486.79 per month
