Software Engineer, ampliFI subledger and GGL

As a Software Engineer at UBS, you will be responsible for designing and building critical components to successfully deliver solutions. You will work with a global team of analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, taking ownership and driving deliveries within a supportive team environment. Embracing complex business requirements and enjoying the challenge of implementing them will be key in this role. Additionally, you will work as part of an agile development team within a global technology team located in Singapore, UK, Switzerland, and India. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build critical components to deliver solutions - Collaborate with a global team of analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders - Take ownership and drive deliveries within a supportive team environment - Embrace complex business requirements and enjoy implementing them - Work as part of an agile development team within a global technology team Qualifications Required: - Proven hands-on experience in development, design, and maintenance of software solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with the full software development life cycle, predominantly with Agile Methodologies - Proficient in solution design and configuration of FPSL for banking - Deep knowledge of SAP S4 HANA - Background and hands-on experience in FSDM, FPSL - Deep understanding of SAP Solution Manager and exposure to SAP Cloud ALM - Hands-on experience with data sourcing and ETL - Curiosity to learn new technologies and practices, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind - Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to details - Innovative mindset, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs About UBS: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
