Software Engineer 1

Role & responsibilities

• Implement

  well-defined software features, modules, and components based on technical specifications and direction from senior engineers.
• Write

  clean, maintainable, and efficient code

  using established best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough

  unit testing

  on owned code components to ensure functionality and quality.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  to learn from senior engineers and provide constructive feedback on peer code.
• Integrate and deploy changes using

  version control systems

  (e.g., Git) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (

  CI/CD

  ) pipelines.

• Portfolio Developer:

  Design and develop training materials, videos, assessments, and exercises.

• Mentor:

  Guide and support trainees throughout their learning process.

• Trainer:

  Conduct training sessions and workshops as per the schedule.

• Developer:

  Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle analysis, design, development, and testing of applications/tools.
