Software Development Manager

As an engineering leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and expanding the development team. You will play a crucial role in shaping product features and overseeing the technical execution of the product roadmap with a focus on scalability, accuracy, and robustness. Your team will have the opportunity to tackle complex business problems and make a meaningful impact for customers and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and own the engineering roadmap, architecture, and scalability/quality of products. - Collaborate effectively with Product managers and Business teams to create a long-term product roadmap in a fast-paced environment. - Mentor and guide a team of engineers, helping them make good architectural decisions and improve code quality. - Establish strong engineering best practices and promote their adoption within the team. - Define career trajectories for team members and provide regular feedback to support their growth. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in end-to-end cloud software development, including managing engineering teams for at least 1-2 years. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in computer science or related fields from reputed institutes. - Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with a focus on writing scalable, maintainable, unit-tested code. - Hands-on experience in system design and a strong understanding of web technologies, databases, distributed caches, and message queues. - Knowledge of UI architectural patterns and exposure to Android app development is beneficial. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Jenkins, etc. - Comfortable working in fast-paced agile environments with strong planning and execution skills. - Excellent people and communication skills. - Experience with AWS stack and high-growth startups is preferred.,
