Software Development Engineer-II Backend

Role Overview: As a Software Development Engineer-II (Backend) at Innovaccer, you will be responsible for building efficient and reusable applications and abstractions. You will collaborate with other engineers to create delightful feature experiences that address our customer's pain points. Your role will involve identifying and communicating back-end best practices, participating in the project life-cycle, analyzing and improving product performance, scalability, stability, and security, and enhancing engineering standards, tooling, and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Building efficient and reusable applications and abstractions - Identifying and communicating back-end best practices - Participating in the project life-cycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, QA, and delivery - Analyzing and improving the performance, scalability, stability, and security of the product - Improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience with a start-up mentality and a high willingness to learn - Expertise in Python and experience with any web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask etc) - Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills - Expertise in Kubernetes and containerization - Experience in RDBMS & NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MongoDB (experience with any OLAP database is a plus) - Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other queuing services is advantageous - Working experience in BigData/Distributed Systems and Async Programming - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.
