Some key responsibilities include: - Building automated replenishment systems for merchant scalability - Creating a unified platform for inventory management and supply chain planning - Developing distribution capabilities for retail and wholesale orders - Enhancing warehouse operational excellence through streamlined processes and communication In this role, you will: - Lead complex product initiatives with minimal supervision - Design robust, scalable, and maintainable code - Uphold code quality standards within your team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute against the company's vision - Work closely with designers and product managers to deliver effective technical solutions - Contribute to an agile engineering team that consistently delivers new code Ideal candidates will have: - Over 1 year of software development experience and a strong engineering background - Proficiency in writing well-tested, extendable, and robust code - Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders - Proactive problem-solving mindset and self-driven attitude - Familiarity with programming languages such as Typescript, Java, or JavaScript Flexport's tech stack includes Buildkite, Github, React, Redux, Jest, Node.js, Typescript, Java, RDS, Algolia, and Docker, all hosted on AWS.
