• Expected to be a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Collaborate and manage the team

  to ensure high performance and successful project delivery.
• Be

  responsible for team decisions

  and ensure alignment with technical requirements and business objectives.

• Engage with multiple teams

  to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to cross-functional challenges.
• Lead

  technical discussions

• Conduct code reviews

  to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Identify areas for process improvement

  and actively contribute to implementing solutions to enhance team productivity and application performance.
