We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join SmartDocs Business Solutions as a Front-end/Mean stack developer. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the product development team to implement best practices. We are specifically seeking candidates with 0-2 years of experience as a Front-end developer in Angular JS/Angular latest versions. The candidate should possess exceptional technical skills, excellent communication abilities, professionalism, drive, intelligence, and leadership qualities. Desirable Skills & Expertise: - 0-2 years of experience as a Mean stack/Front-end Programmer in Angular JS/Angular latest versions with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computers preferred. - Proficiency in technologies such as the latest version of Angular (mandatory), JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap, and TypeScript. - Profound understanding of programming and coding. - Knowledge of the Linux environment is an added advantage. - Demonstrates intellectual humility, creativity, and a willingness to learn from mistakes while uplifting others. - Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Designing captivating user interfaces, coding, and deploying high-performance web applications. - Developing new efficient features and optimizing existing ones. - Team management, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effective organizational abilities, and strong technical skills. - Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Involvement in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis to testing and deployment. - Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge. - Guiding clients through various project stages and transitioning to support organizations. - Reviewing existing business processes and participating in the Process Improvement Program.
