About the Role

Software Developer IV

Experience Requirements

610 years
of total work experience preferred.
Strong, hands-on experience in
Blue Prism
and
Core Python
.
Candidates with
minimum 4 years of Blue Prism
and
2.5 years of Python
experience are also eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
Blue Prism
automation workflows following best practices.
Build and enhance automation solutions using
Core Python
for integrations, scripting, and process optimization.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
Work closely with
US-based teams
for daily coordination, updates, and project alignment.
Maintain proper documentation for processes, automations, and technical components.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on expertise in
Blue Prism
: process development, object creation, queue management, exception handling, and deployment.
Strong proficiency in
Core Python
for automation, API integrations, data processing, and error handling.
Experience in delivering
end-to-end automation solutions
in production environments.
Understanding of RPA best practices, secure coding, and reusable component creation.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with
Microsoft Power Automate
.
Exposure to
Finance or Accounting projects
(FinTech domain is a plus, not mandatory).
Knowledge of automation frameworks, cloud services, or API-level integrations.
