About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Software Developer capable of designing, developing, and maintaining a wide range of digital solutions including web applications, mobile applications, internal tools, and software systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in multiple programming languages, have strong problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications, mobile applications, and custom software solutions as per project requirements.
• Work across the full-stack development process—front-end, back-end, database, APIs, UI/UX integration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services where required.
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and optimization activities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where suitable.
• Manage software releases, updates, and version control.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, C#, or similar (depending on company stack).
• Hands-on experience in building web and mobile applications (Android/iOS/Hybrid frameworks).
• Proficiency with frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Laravel, Django, Flutter, or React Native.
• Strong understanding of database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with API development and integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work with design teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
