Job Description

Software Design & Development

Analyze user requirements and design software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Develop, test, and deploy software applications.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

2. Requirement Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, product managers, business analysts) to understand functional and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.

3. Testing & Debugging

Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality.
Identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
Support QA teams in verifying that applications meet expected standards.

4. Maintenance & Support

Provide ongoing support for existing systems.
Update, modify, and enhance applications based on new requirements or feedback.
Monitor software performance and troubleshoot production issues.

5. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers in an agile or scrum environment.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

6. Security & Compliance

Follow secure coding practices.
Ensure software meets organizational and industry compliance standards.

7. Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Continuously improve coding skills and contribute to process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
