Software Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Software Developers (Male & Female) to join our IT team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications as per business and client requirements. They will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and architecture discussions.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, and user guides.
• Integrate applications with third-party services, APIs, and databases.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Dot Net, Visual Studio Code, Basic OOPs Concept / XAMPP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, PHP, JQuery, Bootstrap or similar.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and version control (GitHub).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in software development, application design, or IT projects.
• Experience in e-Governance projects / Dashboards / Web Portals/ mobile app development will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
