Software Consultant

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the team to overcome technical challenges, providing support to the tech lead, and actively engaging in various areas of work. You will play a proactive role in acquiring a deep understanding of new modules to enhance your domain knowledge. Your strong analytical and development skills will be crucial in ensuring successful project outcomes. To excel in this role, you should have experience using Microsoft VSTS/ADO, a knack for quickly grasping complex technical processes, and a solid grasp of architectural principles with a focus on performance considerations. A minimum of 2 years of experience in React development is essential, along with experience collaborating with distributed teams and Product Owners within an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, familiarity with deployment processes and CI Pipelines, and the ability to make decisions independently in the absence of a tech lead are key requirements for this role. You will also be responsible for code reviews and approving pull requests to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. A good understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies, combined with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, Azure, .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, Agile, and Windows Services, will be instrumental in your success within our team.,
