Job Description

**Job Description:** As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing application architecture and deployment in various cloud platform environments, including public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud. Your role will involve cloud adoption planning, cloud application design, as well as cloud management and monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and build activities for Application and desktop virtualization platforms such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft WVD. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the quality of the delivery. - Provide L3 support for critical technical issues as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - 7-10 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert for Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Windows Virtual Desktop, and VMware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture, Citrix Cloud, support and management of Citrix Webinterfaces, and Storefront server. - Strong skills in troubleshooting, building/configuring products, VDI GPOs and Policy Management, working with printing solutions in VDIs, familiarity with Thin Clients like Wyse, and management software such as Wyse Device. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in client-facing roles. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or other engineering branches, or a Science graduate. (Note: Additional Information - Knowledge of any major Cloud Service Provider is a plus.),
