Role Overview: Syrow's software development team is expanding, and they are currently seeking a Platform / Software Architect to join the team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about new technology, possess a solid software background, and have experience in creating large-scale SaaS platforms. As Syrow is in the process of developing a new Omnichannel Communication Platform to enhance Businesses" Customer Experience, they are looking for someone who can envision the broader scope and establish architectural approaches for software design and implementation to lead the development team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop product architecture aligning with company requirements and future vision. - Establish a product team and provide guidance for software development. - Design the Omnichannel Communication Platform and ensure seamless integration with other platforms within the ecosystem. - Collaborate with external Clients and Stakeholders to comprehend their requirements. - Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in developing SaaS Platforms catering to a high volume of Subscribers/Customers. - Suitable for both experienced Software Architects and individuals transitioning from Junior Software Architect/Senior Software Developer roles to Software Architecture. - Proficiency in supporting business case justifications through business scenario modeling and benefits analysis. - Strong background in implementing solutions on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) or on-premise. - Ability to communicate product and data architecture effectively within teams, ensuring compliance with enterprise methodologies and standards. - Knowledge of routing principles, infrastructure, cloud hosting, and databases. - Familiarity with data security and privacy protocols. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
