Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Software Architect with 14+ years of experience, including at least 46 years in software architecture and design, you will be responsible for leading architectural design and development for large-scale enterprise solutions in the Healthcare domain. Your role will involve driving the technical roadmap, product strategy, and technology innovation. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, design and build reusable frameworks and components, evaluate new tools and technologies, and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals. You will also be involved in conducting code and design reviews, enforcing coding best practices, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Engaging with account teams to conceptualize new solutions, creating technology roadmaps, solving complex technical challenges, and providing guidance on performance tuning, scalability, and reliability are also key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining architecture documentation and design standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architectural design and development for large-scale enterprise solutions in the Healthcare domain. - Drive the technical roadmap, product strategy, and technology innovation. - Collaborate with stakeholders including business leads, project managers, and global development teams. - Design and build reusable frameworks and components. - Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies. - Provide architectural guidance to multiple teams and ensure alignment with business and technical goals. - Conduct code and design reviews; enforce coding best practices. - Mentor and train team members; promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Engage with account teams to conceptualize new solutions and create technology roadmaps. - Solve complex technical challenges and provide guidance on performance tuning, scalability, and reliability. - Prepare and maintain architecture documentation and design standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred). - 1015 years of overall software development experience. - Minimum 46 years in a Software Architecture role. - Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, JEE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful web services. - 8+ years of experience leading software development teams. - Proven experience in designing scalable, secure enterprise applications. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. - Experience in framework development and reusable component design. - Deep domain expertise in Healthcare (minimum 7+ years). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.,
