This full-stack leadership role empowers you to shape architecture decisions while rolling up your sleeves to build scalable, secure software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesActively contribute to coding, architecture design, and implementation of corefeaturesLead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developersArchitect full-stack application developments with a focus on performance,scalability, and maintainabilityManage end-to-end delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD, Repos,Artifacts)Collaborate closely with product manager, design teams and stake holders todeliver customer-centric solutions in line business goals.Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimizeperformanceGuide sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremoniesFoster engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvementMust-Have Skills15+ years of full-stack development experience with Angular and .NET CoreMinimum 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineeringmanagement roleProficiency in various technologies like Azure DevOps, .Net Core, SQL, Angular 8and above.Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, micro services, and cloud-native architectureProven ability to coach and grow high-performing engineering teamsSolid understanding of source control (Git), containerization (Docker) and testingframeworksExcellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional discussionsExperience with Azure cloud services like App ServicesStrategic Thinking & Problem solving skills are required.Excellent communication skill in English is required (Write & Speak).
