Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the architectural vision for telecom charging solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance backend systems using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver robust software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize system performance and proactively address system bottlenecks.
• Review and improve code quality, design patterns, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience

  in software development with at least

  5 years in architecture or technical leadership roles

  .

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture

  .
• Proven experience in

  Telecom BSS/OSS

  , especially in

  Charging Systems (OCS, OFCS, IN, PCRF)

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  telecom protocols

  such as Diameter, Gx/Gy, and CAMEL.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  3GPP standards

  and evolving

  5G core architecture

  .
• Exposure to containerization technologies like

  Docker and Kubernetes

  .
• Background in implementing

  real-time charging systems

  or

  policy control functions

  .
