Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions for both internal and external teams. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, experience in corporate or skill-based training, and the ability to create engaging learning environments that drive real capability improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

● Deliver engaging, high-impact training programs

● Conduct onboarding sessions and capability-building workshops across communication, professional behaviour, workplace readiness, and related skill areas

● Facilitate interactive classroom sessions and virtual training experiences tailored to diverse learner groups

2. Coaching & Performance Support

● Provide 1:1 coaching and personalised feedback based on observations, assessments, and learner performance

● Identify learners who require additional support and implement targeted improvement plans

● Use role-plays, simulations, and real-world scenarios to strengthen learner confidence and skill application

3. Content Management, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

● Develop, update, and maintain training materials, decks, case studies, and learning tools aligned with Crack-ED’s job-readiness mission

● Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators

● Prepare and share reports with internal and client stakeholders on session outcomes and learner progress.
