Job Description: Assistant Manager/Senior Associate - Social Media & Communities Hiring organization: Research & Ranking, Lower Parel, Mumbai Company profile: A fast growing SEBI registered Fintech with 1Mn+ registered users on the path to becoming a unicorn in the next 2-3 years. With a team size of 550 and growing centres across Mumbai, Noida & Bangalore we are ramping up aggressively for the exciting next phase of growth. What is the role? We are looking for a Social Media Manager to monitor & manage social media platforms, create communities for the brand & tactically execute campaigns to drive brand awareness with profitable growth. Key responsibilities: Social Media Management: ● Monitor and manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to ● comments, messages, and maintaining an editorial calendar. ● Assist creating monthly, quarterly and annual plans ensuring budget vs. actual compliance on spend inputs, leads & outcome metrics. ● Hands on experience in Facebook Ads manager, audiences, campaign implementation & reporting. ● Ensure implementation of platform wise content strategy. ● Ensure all the product/ business posts, Topical calendar, are followed every month. Content curation & creation: ● Creative bent of mind & content creator / copy, concepts , ideation, communication ● Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. with agencies, in house design team. ● Create campaigns that leverage current events, cultural moments, and other relevant topics to drive engagement & increase brand awareness. Analytics and Reporting: ● Analyze and report social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. ● Competitor analysis and analytics. ORM Management: ● Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation on social media. ● Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner & escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate internal teams. ● Develop and implement strategies to address negative reviews and comments, and work to enhance the brand's overall online reputation. Agency management: ● Liaise with design and media agencies on the campaign; review execution to ensure adherence to SLAs and monitor quality of execution Presentation: ● Strong data visualization to business objective to be presented in an effective & interesting visual format What are we looking for? ● Should have a degree in marketing, business administration with at least 2 years of work experience in social media marketing ● Social Media Agency side experience preferred. ● Advanced analytical and numerical skills ● Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills ● Ability to balance creativity and analytics.
