Content & Social Media Executive

Youll be working directly with our Creative Director and Content team to bring Tessarakts voice alive across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our blog. This is the perfect role if you want to learn the ropes of content marketing in the world of events, experiences, and culture.

What You'll Be

Doing Social Media Management

• Schedule and manage Tessarakt's content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, reels, and post planning
• Publish posts on time, monitor performance, and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with trending formats and recommend what we should try next

Content Creation

• Write captions for event posts, award wins, client showcases, and team stories
• Draft blogs for the Tessarakt website - from event highlights to industry perspectives
• Write post copies for behind-the-scenes, IP launches, or themed content series
• Assist with internal decks or culture content when needed

Website & Blog Management

• Upload and update case studies, blogs, and new content on the website
• Ensure content is proofread, visually aligned, and follows SEO basics
• Coordinate with tech/developer if there are content-related issues

What Were Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in content writing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong English writing skills - you can write clever, clear, and quirky
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn best practices
• Basic understanding of SEO for blog writing and uploading
• Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Buffer/Later, or CMS tools like WordPress/Wix
• You are proactive, organized, and love working in a creative environment
