Snowflake Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snowflake Developer with strong expertise in SQL and data engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and managing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical solutions using Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes in Snowflake. Write efficient and complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data transformation and analysis.
• Manage data ingestion from various sources and ensure data quality, scalability, and performance.
• Implement data models, schemas, and warehouse structures based on business requirements.
• Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to support reporting and analytics.
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, including resource usage and query optimization.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within the Snowflake environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with BI tools and downstream systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in SQL development, data warehousing, and ETL design., hands-on experience in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization).
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, or similar).
• Experience with data migration and integration from legacy systems to Snowflake.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
