SNOW Developer

As a candidate for the position at Stefanini Group, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system to meet customer requirements and manage data flows efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating workflows and building service requests - Using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks - Performing integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration - Generating views and reports as needed, working with IT managers - Analyzing user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities - Automating process workflows and addressing scheduling limitations - Performing system and integration testing with sample and live data - Monitoring health, usage, and compliance of the application - Having detailed knowledge in CSS, web technologies, and Java scripting In addition to the above responsibilities, the job requires the following qualifications and skills: - Development Skills in ServiceNow Administration - Experience with Data Sources and Import Sets, MID Server, and Scheduled Jobs - Knowledge of CMDB, CIs, Relationships, and References - Familiarity with Class Model, IT Classes, TNI Classes, Circuit Modeling, IRE, and Reconciliation - Proficiency in JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow, ATF Tests, Performance Analysis, and Debugging - Ability to identify Compression and Duplicates, Circuit Normalization, and App Service Mapping - Experience with TRF Lookups, Bandwidth Lookups, and Service Mapping - Knowledge of IntegrationHub ETL, JavaScript scripting, and Event Management Stefanini Group is a multinational company specializing in technological solutions with a global presence in 41 countries and 44 languages.
