Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Perform proactive monitoring and detailed log investigation across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve OS, virtualization, and patching-related issues.
Escalate complex problems to L3 and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Maintain ticket documentation, shift handovers, and follow escalation processes.
