Position Details

    : Skill Development Trainer / Coordinator

  • Location

    : Ongole /Guntur

  • Compensation

    : Competitive (based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Education/Management/Commerce/Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in

    Skill Development Programs (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge of Tally (Accounting & Reporting)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to work from Ongole / Guntur

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver

    training sessions

    on employability skills, Tally, and MS Office
  • Coordinate and monitor

    skill development projects

    in line with NSDC/DDU-GKY/PMKVY guidelines
  • Manage

    mobilization, counselling, assessments, and placement activities

  • Prepare reports, maintain student records, and ensure compliance with project standards

  • Liaise with stakeholders including government bodies, placement partners, and industry representatives
