Job Description

Job Summary

The Sitecore Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level digital experience solutions using Sitecore. The role involves leading development teams, defining architecture, ensuring best practices, and driving high-quality implementation of Sitecore-based applications. This position plays a key role in guiding technical decisions, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead Sitecore development teams and oversee end-to-end implementation of Sitecore solutions.
Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to developers.
Define and enforce Sitecore best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Sitecore Development & Architecture

Design and implement Sitecore components, templates, workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Sitecore XP/XM, .NET, C#, MVC, and REST APIs.
Work with Sitecore Helix/Habitat principles and support modular architecture.
Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms.

Solution Delivery & Collaboration

Collaborate with business analysts, UX teams, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and defining technical deliverables.
Troubleshoot complex issues in Sitecore content management, rendering, caching, and personalization.
