Site Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Redporch Nest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate between project engineers, contractors, and laborers to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for project execution.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and safety standards.

Manage labor, materials, and site resources efficiently.

Inspect work progress, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Maintain site reports, attendance, and material usage records.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and handle site-level procurement coordination.

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Enforce safety measures and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

Report project progress and issues to management on a regular basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
