Site Execution Engineer

Minimum 10 year as a Site Execution in Construction. Strong knowledge of Site Execution by handling of Site Team, Contractors, Studying Drawings, BOM, and Prepration of BBS, Quantity Calculation from Drawings, Preparing JMR, updating of DPR with Costing etc. Proficiency in Auto Level handling and Level Transferring along with MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Execute and supervise daily site activities such as excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, etc.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
• Monitor the progress of work and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, architects, and consultants.
• Attend site meetings and update the project manager about daily progress and site requirements.
• Ensure proper material planning and timely availability at site.

3. Quality Assurance & Control

• Inspect materials, workmanship and check alignment, levels, and measurements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and rectify deviations immediately.
• Maintain proper documentation of work inspections.

4. Safety Compliance

• Ensure implementation of safety protocols at site.
• Monitor workers’ safety and report hazards or incidents instantly.
• Enforce PPE usage and safe working practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption records, and measurement sheets.
• Maintain site logs, RFI records, and documentation required for billing.
• Assist in preparing RA bills and verifying contractor bills.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 7-10 years of site execution experience in building/infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
